and this BBQ chicken salad!
I left out the typical roasted corn and dairy-filled ranch dressing but I promise you won’t notice the difference!
First you have to go and make my homemade BBQ sauce and Dairy-Free Ranch. Then you’ll be set for an authentic BBQ chicken salad taste. Make it this coming week for a quick and yummy lunch or dinner.
BBQ Chicken Salad
Here are the components. You can toss it any way you want!
chopped tomatoes
chopped cucumber
chopped romaine
shredded carrot
diced roasted red bell peppers
diced red onion
sliced avocado
BBQ sauce
Dairy-Free Ranch
1-2 chicken thighs, coated in BBQ sauce and grilled
parsley for garnish
do u have a recipe for that sushi?!
i actually bought it from whole foods. I imagine, if you pick up some romaine, fresh sushi grade fish, avocado, shredded carrots and cucumber and wrap it in some rice paper, you would get similar results (maybe not as pretty… sushi is an art that I have definitely not mastered!)
