Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies

One of my new products for sale at the local natural foods market is a coconut flour-based paleo cookie. In the past week I’ve introduced two different seasonal flavors, Gingerbread and Peppermint Hot Cocoa.

Here’s a little sneak peek at the next flavor. I figure you can never go wrong with a classic. Me thinks this will be a great seller!

Chocolate Chip Cookies

I don’t have either of those numbers. I haven’t made these cookies in a while so I don’t want to give you a number that may be off. I do remember the recipe making more than a dozen though. Probably more like two dozen. I suggest making the recipe and based off of how many you make, plugging in the recipe to That should give you some pretty accurate numbers.
