1 small cauliflower head, steamed
1/4 c. Tahini
1/4 c. Olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 lemon juiced
Pinch of cumin
Sea salt to taste
Blend well in a food processor or with an immersion blender. Garnish with cumin.
