Happy Spring! Here’s a delicious no-bake recipe for a fresh raw veggie dip or sauce.

This was an “on-the-fly” creation. I needed a tasty sauce for some coconut shrimp and the inspiration just hit me! Lucky for me, I had all the necessary ingredients right in my fridge.

This is super easy to make and it goes great with ALL THE THINGS! Use it as a dip for raw veggies, toss it in aΒ stir-fry, a topping for baked yams, or drizzle over roasted broccoli. You could also thin it with some water and use as a dressing for a salad or slaw!

Sesame Honey Dip

Sesame Honey Dip

1/2 c. tahini (use the rest of the jar to make this)
2-3 Tbsp. coconut aminos
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
1 Tbsp. raw honey
salt to taste (if aminos don’t make it salty enough)

  1. In a small bowl, mix ingredients until well combined.

Had a bit of a meltdown last night and realized I need more life in my life.

Social media is awesome. I love sharing photos of healthy food, fun times, and my awesome family @theledfordcrew; but nothing replaces time with them, giving life and work my full attention, and cultivating my in-person relationships.

For Mother's Day, I'm giving myself the gift of presence and I'm going to do it for the whole month.

Be back later!
