Turkey Club Sliders

It’s too hot to cook in Orange County!

Solution: use the grill and make mini sandwiches 🙂

Here’s a great spin on my Breakfast Sliders


Turkey Club Sliders

1 large Sweet Potato (make sure they’re “fatter”, not skinny)
1/2 lb. sliced turkey meat
1 avocado
6 slices of bacon, cooked and cut in half
lettuce greens
homemade mayo

  1. Slice sweet potato on the bias, into large rounds. Bake or Grill until tender.
  2. Assemble your sliders with listed ingredients or customize your own mini sandwich!
