Here’s a great spin on my Breakfast Sliders…
Turkey Club Sliders
1 large Sweet Potato (make sure they’re “fatter”, not skinny)
1/2 lb. sliced turkey meat
1 avocado
6 slices of bacon, cooked and cut in half
lettuce greens
homemade mayo
- Slice sweet potato on the bias, into large rounds. Bake or Grill until tender.
- Assemble your sliders with listed ingredients or customize your own mini sandwich!
