Day 27 was a lazy kind of day. No training, no real schedule or agenda. The truth is, the Super bowl was really happening in my kitchen as I was testing out some delicious bites for an event at Thrive this month! So excited to launch Paleo Night! If you’re local to Orange County, stay tuned for details!

Clean Eats

Breakfast: banana with 1 Tbsp. almond butter

Lunch: Sweet Potato Sliders with scrambled eggs, bacon, and avocado

Snack: 1/2 paleo peppermint patty, 1/4 of an orange

Dinner: Smokey Shredded Beef (kind of like this) with sweet potato pasta and salsa

Other beverages: water, Better Booch, decaf almond milk latte

Stopped by @lazyacresmarket_encinitas and grabbed this tonic to keep my immune system solid while my little guy fights a cold. I'm not gonna lie, it doesn't taste that good, but has some crazy good ingredients and so far I'm keeping all the germs from taking me down 👊🏻 Not upset about my breakfast situation.
