Day 27 was a lazy kind of day. No training, no real schedule or agenda. The truth is, the Super bowl was really happening in my kitchen as I was testing out some delicious bites for an event at Thrive this month! So excited to launch Paleo Night! Clean Eats
Breakfast: banana with 1 Tbsp. almond butter
Lunch: Sweet Potato Sliders with scrambled eggs, bacon, and avocado
Snack: 1/2 paleo peppermint patty, 1/4 of an orange
Dinner: Smokey Shredded Beef (kind of like this) with sweet potato pasta and salsa
Other beverages: water, Better Booch, decaf almond milk latte
