Another gorgeous day in Southern California.
Day 11 was not a completely “clean” slate day. I had a bit of chocolate (which has sugar… a no-no), but I made a choice to indulge a bit and that’s fine by me.
I made some of paleOMG’s delicious coconut cups out of her cookbook (and on her website) and I definitely needed to “taste test”. If you’re looking for a sweet treat that is also incredibly clean AND easy to make, these are perfect!
I also had the opportunity to get outside for a nice long walk and get my hot yoga fix!
Breakfast: Garlic Butternut Squash, hard-boiled egg, and a Real Stick Jerky,
Snack: Chocolate Coconut Cup (similar to this), I added peppermint oil.
Lunch: Acai Bowl with kale, protein powder, coconut flakes, and cacao nibs
Dinner: CIlantro Hemp Pesto with Kelp Noodles (Chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, kale, red bell pepper) and a couple of hawaiian chocolate macadamias for dessert!
Other beverages: decaf almond milk latte… LOTS of WATER!
