Two exciting things!
1. I bought a new awesome shirt from Steve’s Original.

2. I’ve launched my new cooking classes in South Orange County!

So keep checking the Services page for the classes. They are super affordable and a lot of fun!
One of my favorite things in San Clemente is our neighborhood Mexican market. They have amazing prices on avocados, tomatillos, and other produce. They also have fresh chicharrones, rendered lard for sale, and sweet potato flour!
Another great offering at the market is some exotic fruit puree. I recently bought some guava and strawberry puree with Agua Frescas in mind. This is a super easy beverage for entertaining, for relaxing, even just replacing your everyday water with lemon. You could also jazz it up with some alcohol if you wish.
Guava Sugar-Free Agua Fresca
1/4 c. guava puree (or any other fruit)
10 oz. sparkling mineral water
wedge of lime or lemon
- If your puree is frozen, defrost it. If you are making your own, freeze your fruit (strawberries, mango, kiwi, etc…) and blend it into a puree.
- Pour it into a glass and whisk in the puree.
- Add ice and garnish FTW!
